ABOUT THIS CONCEPT: Do you feel like you can’t have “nice things” because… kids? That’s not true! Design is all about balancing function and beauty, and yes, that means you CAN have a home that stands up to the kiddos and looks beautiful to you. This living room is designed with “high performance fabrics” which means they are spill resistant, soil resistant, and durable. They will stand up to any toddler with sticky fingers! In addition to high performance fabrics on the sofa and love seat, we selected a polypropelene rug which is virtually impervious to dirt and grime. Simply blot up “accidents” with a damp cloth and you’ll be amazed at how clean it stays. We’ve also added a top-grain leather recliner for Dad (I know it doesn’t look like a recliner!) The muted soft gray and tan color palette come alive with many textures, subtle patterns, and a pleasant mix of wood and metal. You cant go wrong with furniture and decor that feels kid-friendly and adult-approved

When it comes to designing your space, I need to understand the many nuances of your lifestyle and help you think outside the box with our thought-provoking, intuition-driven interior design questionnaire.
Set aside a few minutes to address our questions about your design preferences, children, pets, hosting habits, and the frustrations you have with your current space (one room, an entire house, you name it).
We’ll take your answers into account when developing a color palette, aesthetic, decor, and furniture package for you – complete with placement and installation instructions.
ABOUT THIS PRESENTATION: You get a dimensioned to scale floor plan so you know where everything goes and are confident it will all fit in your room (and through the door!) We also give you 3D perspectives and an isometric view to help you visualize the room..
Do you notice that the furniture is a little off center of the fireplace? This happens a lot because builders or architects often don’t take into consideration the furniture placement when drafting plans. If we place the furniture squarely in front of the fireplace there won’t be room for a dining table and a clear means of egress out the sliding door. As it is we could only fit a bench and smaller dining table.
This is why we suggest during a new build or extensive remodel, you bring in an Interior Designer (to the team)at the BEGINNING of the process
Send Photos and Measurements of Your Space
To help us make sure we are developing a design that will fit in your space and play nice with usability and traffic flow, we’ll ask you to snap a few photos with your phone and email them to us.
We also ask for the dimensions of your space, but don’t worry we give instructions and are available face to face on a video call if you need help.
This ensures that your new sofa, area rug, window treatment, or wall art will fit perfectly when you put it in place. The only surprises we believe in are good ones.

With this design concept, you don’t have a cookie-cutter look! The swivel counter height stools make sure whoever is sitting at the kitchen counter can swivel around and join in the conversation in the living room in your open concept layout.
With a sweet banquette tucked in the corner (upholstered in high-performance fabric of course), you can get the needed amount of seating, but still the a clear walking path to the sliding glass door.
The neutral color palette of soft grays and slate blue is punctuated with art in a bright cheery yellow. With this design concept your home doesn’t end up looking the same as your friends and neighbors, and won’t look outdated in five years
Review Your Floor Plan, Mood Board, and Rendering
You’ll get a 3-D rendering of your space, complete with a floor plan, product list, color palette, and more. From there, you will get to decide which parts you love most and which ones you don’t. Once we have that information, we will revise your design plan so you are happy with it.
