A family of four who recently purchased a beautiful two-year-old house that backs up to the stunning Van Ruiten Winery vineyard in Lodi approached us.With their desire for all new furniture and the backdrop of breathtaking sunset views over the grapevines, we were more than excited to take on this whole house furnishing project. They wanted to create a welcoming and stylish home perfect for entertaining, with a relaxed luxury feel that still remained true to the home’s overall style.

As mentioned earlier, our clients wanted an entirely new furniture selection for their home, meaning we had the opportunity to start from scratch and truly bring their vision to life. This included selecting furniture pieces that fit both the clients’ desired Jetset Farmhouse Vintage aesthetic and the overall architecture of the home. Additionally, we were tasked with creating a space that was not only stylish but also functional for entertaining guests and accommodating a family of four.

In the living room, we incorporated subtle patterns and textures through layered window coverings, adding depth to the space. The 9-foot long ripplefold drapery in a neutral fabric added warmth to the room. And the addition of solar roller shades provided practicality for hot summer days. The layered window coverings not only provide privacy but also add warmth to the space. Two high performance custom sofas with sock arm and t-cushions provide for ample seating for the family of four. Throw pillows in a water colored navy pattern add in the pop of color to these neutral sofas. Providing multi functional seating for easy TV viewing and conversations in the adjacent kitchen space we added two swivel chairs.
The custom abstract landscape painting pulled all of the navy colors together while adding a touch of orange. This ties in with the color scheme of the adjacent dining room. This living room design truly showcases the beauty of custom furniture and thoughtful layering. The use of two-tone media console and bookshelves creates a built-in look without being permanent. This allows for flexibility in future design changes. The attention to detail with figured cathedral patterns on the cabinet doors, hammered metal hardware, and high performance fabrics all add elements of sophistication and functionality. The use of live plants adds a touch of nature, making the space feel even more inviting and alive.

Sleek Swivel Stools and Nickel Accents
The kitchen was designed to be both functional and stylish for this busy family. We installed barrel back swivel counter stools upholstered in a high performance fabric. They are easy to clean, perfect for everyday use. The sleek nickel foot stretcher not only added visual interest but also allowed for comfortable foot placement. This protects the chairs from damage. This space now serves as a gathering hub for the family, combining style and functionality seamlessly.
Cozy Vibes in the Dining Room
For this room, we created a custom marble dining table with a softly rounded edge. And an ash wood base in the shape of an “i” is perfect for this whole house furnishing project. The navy and orange tones in the abstract area rug added depth and warmth to the room. While the high-performance textured fabric on the dining chairs provided durability. The open shelf sideboard made of ash not only added storage space but also gave the illusion of more space. All is perfect for entertaining guests.
The Art of Designing a Luxurious Main Bedroom
The primary bedroom was designed to be a serene retreat for our clients after a long day. We incorporated soft neutral tones with pops of gold through accents such as the nightstand lamps and wall art. The upholstered bed frame in a textured fabric added comfort and elegance to the room. While the custom window coverings provided privacy and filtered light. The result was a cozy and inviting space for our clients to relax in.

In this particular project, we successfully transformed the parents’ bedroom into a luxurious yet cozy space. We did this through careful attention to detail and choice of elements.
From the custom barn door to the sophisticated dresser and nightstands, every aspect of this room exudes elegance and functionality. The use of spa tones and texture bedding adds a zen-like feel. While the addition of USB outlets and solar roller shades demonstrates practicality in design. It’s also important to have a comfortable and high-quality mattress for a good night’s sleep. Designing the Perfect Daughter’s Bedroom
Introducing the perfect blend of sophistication and comfort – the daughter’s bedroom. The warm tones of autumn are brought to life with a medium tone oak look LVP flooring. While a wool area rug in shades of terracotta and slate blue adds texture and depth to the space. A full size linen upholstered bed, complete with curved edges, provides a feminine touch to this cozy square bedroom. But it’s not just about aesthetics, functionality was also a key aspect in designing this room. A swivel chair for reading, shelves on the dresser and nightstands for storage gives this young lady lots of option. We seamlessly incorporated blackout shades for privacy into the design. Touches of nature were brought in through live plants and geometric patterned terracotta pots. This bedroom is the perfect sanctuary for a young adult to come home to from college.
In addition to the warm color scheme and comfortable furniture, there are also smaller details that help create a cohesive and inviting atmosphere in this bedroom. The gem-shaped white lamps with brass accents on the bedside tables add an elegant touch while providing the perfect amount of light for reading or studying. A tall floor standing mirror with brass frame not only serves a functional purpose, but also adds to the overall aesthetic of the room.
